Don’t Save Bru’n Water as .XLSX

Bru’n Water is delivered to supporters with a .DAT file name due to some email programs blocking attachments like Excel files. Users have to manually change the file extension from .DAT to .XLS However, the common modern Excel file extension is .XLSX.

The problem is that the XLSX file format will cause all of the Macros within Bru’n Water to be ERASED!

If you want to retain the ability to save and recall your brewing files in Bru’n Water, you need to only save your Bru’n Water file as either .XLS or .XLSM format.
